If I could give 0 I would! If anyone has a family matter or case. DO NOT BOTHER CALLING! It’s a waste of your time. They will not help you! They tell you they have 1 PARALEGAL WHO IS NASTY RUDE!

I called for an issue with the state. I had to struggle to finish the sentence without being talked over. More than once I had to say can I finish my sentence. Not very professional. She stated she wanted to know facts. But facts didn't include my hospitalization, not being able to get an advocate for almost 2 years, being sent home from the hospital with an additional diagnosis then you went in for. I was accused of ignoring communication when I was sick and hospitalized. Then they started saying how inundated with paperwork and how busy the state workers are. So the person I'm calling for help is defending the people I'm having trouble with. ZERO STARS

I have legal issues with my landlord and needed their help to represent me in court. The paralegal gave better advice than the actual attorney and than she said I can only give you advice. What’s the point of them being here if they never represent you. I see now why man tenants get evicted and never get help. They are pointless.

I will never forget Leslie and her staff. Leslie stood by me throughout my case the staff was kind respectful cordial. I don’t have enough words of gratitude. Thank you all🙏🏼
