These folks have been very kind in trying to update me best they can on my close friends legal situation when we speak. I pray Britt is doing all possible to help Mr. Green so he can return to Fort Payne to care for my failing health. My fear is I will not survive to see him home safe due to lagging court schedules. In the end attorney's are only human and do not make the rules of law or control the wheels of justice. When they are court appointed we pray they show the same concern and fight as hard as they do for those with ability to pay the fees charged for legal representation.

Worse experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer! On February 7th I paid him for a simple name change, he said it would be quick and easy. I tried calling several times for updates after not hearing from him, only to get no answer several times. After calling 4 times back to back on April 8th I received a call back only for him to tell me that “it just wouldn’t be possible” but he was just going to charge me for an hour, apparently him wasting my time was worth $175.00 and I only received half of my money back. The fact that it took TWO MONTHS for him to tell me he no longer could help me, seems ridiculous to me! He had no problem taking my money, or wasting my time! If you choose to use them good luck getting them to answer the phone, or do anything you’re paying them to do!

Love love love Britt! He’s the best attorney in Morgan county. He fights for his clients like a bulldog on a bone even if he’s court appointed. Britt CAN be trusted!!!!
