can't even answer the phones like a 7/11.. Super unprofessional. It was during business hours, I didn't leave a VM because some lady answered, they didn't call me back because they never got my number. So their reply to this also shows they are definitely not trustworthy or rapidable, They have new jerk responses and clearly lie. I am well spoken and professional. The phone was first answered by perhaps speaker phone with a lady mumbling. I asked if this was Catt law... Reply was something like "what do you need" I asked again who I was speaking with, and the reply was similar, I asked if I'm speaking with a law firm and the Reply was "yes". ok... I asked if they work with Dependency cases, she said "whit what" I repeated myself and she said, something that I couldn't make out because she

First i want to say, i was a father trying to get full custody of my 9 year old son.
