I was spoken down to, unadvocated for, and hardly given any time to go over what was happening. The opposing side continued to drag the ordeal out for a year, selling properties & opening businesses and nothing was done. In the end I agreed to something I was not happy with to have the ordeal over. I had already fired the first attorney before hiring her. In one of our last conversations she stated I was her most difficult client. Very unprofessional. She had come highly recommended which was very disappointing.

My experience with Kamenish was disappointing and ultimately traumatic. I initially trusted the positive reviews and followed every piece of advice she gave, even as I was consistently belittled, scolded, and spoken to in a condescending, patronizing tone. I tried to believe this was her way of preparing me for court, but in hindsight, it felt more like emotional abuse than legal support. During our mediation, rather than advocating for my concerns, she consistently aligned herself with the opposing party, leaving me feeling unrepresented and discouraged. The resulting agreement gave him unchecked control, which he now uses to his advantage — leaving me with no boundaries and no real support.
