Samantha Lednicky is a HORRIBLE Lawyer she lacks experience and professionalism she is very selfish and only care's about milking the money out of her client's. If you have true concerns and needs for your Childs safety you CAN'T rely on Samantha. She doesn't contact her clients ever. she will email two weeks after having reached out in the first regard. I'm begging everyone to reconsider Samantha Lednicky at Catamount Law. Samantha is Also Very over priced. she is maybe 3 to 5 years out of law school and doesn't have a positive track record in the court room. She wasted two and a half hours on the phone with myself prepping about a hearing that was pushed back by at least 3 months. We only established a timeline that I could have figured out myself but instead she will milk it anyway she

Called to ask about an initial consultation, was told i need to prepay $350 for an hour in which i had 1 question, was told it didnt matter the attorney was booking 3 weeks out and id need to pay or look elsewhere.
