My ex boyfriend had his employer hire this divorce attorney to file a paternity and domestic violence lawsuit against me I was called at 9:11am which I returned the call around 10:15ish the representative failed to serve me with a case no or petition to which I can respond. I was told a hearing would take place by 1:30 today at the L71 court Lamoreaux Court. I am self represented and called the Lamoreaux to which I was notified no hearing was not of record but I called to follow up and left all my information and my name and son’s name. The court says they have untill 3 to file a domestic violence lawsuit under emergency ex parte for domestic violence. I informed them this is what I was contacted for at 1:30. Nothing filed yet.
