Castillo Law went above and beyond on our case, we are pleased with the results. They absolve us from future law enforcement overreach -hadn't even thought about that. They took the time to explain every step along the way and represented us very well at every court appearance. The fees were also very reasonable and fair, about half of what other firms had quoted and I can say, if you find yourself needing an attorney, you must give this team a call, I'm glad we did, and you will too. If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. I had a very disappointing experience with Castillo Law. Communication was inconsistent, updates were rare, and I was left feeling unsupported during a stressful time. After 60 days of no communication, I terminated the services. After speaking with the Bar Association, I learned that aspects of my case were not handled transparently or professionally. Clients deserve honest communication and reliable follow-through, and unfortunately, that was not my experience with this firm. I hope they take steps to improve the way they treat clients moving forward. Cindy charged 3times what another lawyer charged me. After I had to terminate services, I found BRETTON BARBER, who handled my case and successfully obtained my fingerprint clearance card.
