I paid Attorney Cashman upfront. He took longer than he said he would to prepare my documents even though I was very organized and got everything to him immediately. When I requested that he defend my case in a certain manner, he refused I’m assuming because it was easier for him and because he just didn’t want to do extra work to actually protect my rights! And multiple times when I tried to either request additional information about my case or documentation he refused to respond to me. I suggested you don’t pay upfront as he obviously won’t do what you are paying him to do. This was for bankruptcy which he advised me to do. I went to another attorney afterwards who told me that I could have solved the issue at hand without filing for bankruptcy. Wish I had gone to that guy first!

Attorney Cashman has been nothing but extraordinary with my case over these last few months. He truly knows the law and does everything in his power to defend and uphold your rights and liberties. I highly recommend Attorney Cashman! -Daniel Debella
