The worst experience I have ever had with hired help. I retained Tom 2 years ago for a simple reimbursement case. I provided all receipts and correspondence. I have yet to see a single dollar from my ex or get past a single court date without the petition being dismissed for mistakes from his office, or withdrawn- for reasons unknown to me, still. When we had a court date, he would go weeks or months without contacting me to tell me how it went. I was always forced to hound him to refile! This is absurd behavior from an attorney. The worst attorney would constantly lie and very untimely has secretary issues aswell. He is tied into the corrupt family court judges and will.do their bidding and sabotage the case and once his tricks are found out he tells you he can no longer take your case and then charge you for his incompetence do not waste your time with this pathetic excuse
