We've used Virginia on several occasions, she is kind, friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend her to the next person. She even gave us some advice that helped us save some money. She is the best at what she does. Give her a call!

Virgina Blackwell's people skills are seriously lacking. When my grandmother had a stroke,, we couldn't find her power of attorney. We requested a copy from Virginia's office. She was rude to me on the phone, and did not attempt to offer any solution as to how I could obtain one. Apparently their record keeping skills are also challenged. If I could give her 0 stars I would.

Virginia helped me through a real estate purchase from start to finish. She could not have been any more thorough or professional. She went above and beyond what was expected and even developed lease agreements for the tenants who would be staying there. For real estate, estate planning or probate issues she is as good as they come.

Virginia Blackwell does not give very good advice in my opinion
