She did her job and did it well. When I needed help in a child custody matter, she was amazing. She seemed a little disorganized, doesn’t have voicemail, and only knows how to do things through fax, so I had my doubts. But she absolutely blew me away in her knowledge and expertise. And she definitely puts the client first, and money 2nd, which is rare to find in a lawyer. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing legal help.

Ms. Carter is in her seventies now, it’s time for her to retire. She is constantly forgetting most task, calling you the wrong name then gets an attitude with you. I retained her 2 years ago and she finally settled a very simple case recently. It should have taken a month or two. It’s months before she returns your call. She stated that she has never emailed anyone. Her office and desk is a complete mess. Several open files of clients personal information are scattered on her desk. I think she’s a nice lady, just not a good lawyer anymore.

I got a phone call in regards to Marsha Carter’s secretary. Letting go of my business to one of her clients. Like my past record that no one can see? Yeah she let that information out to my ex who’s trying to fight custody with me for our daughter. Yeah she told “her client” all of that stuff. Still trying to get into contact with this office because this is a violation of my privacy and record all sorts. The lady should honestly be fired

Marsha is a Feminazi who i have personally witnessed loose cases on purpose for male clients, but she will twist and break the law, even to felony fraud levels for her female clients. There are multitudes of proof on this, and she should be disbarred immediately. She is also guilty of stalking and harassment, and helping her clients alienate good fathers from their children, this abuse is causing lifelong mental damage to the children.

She really took the time to understand our case. She communicated with our other lawyer and got the outcome we wanted against a severely narcissistic parent who withheld our children for 4 months.
