Resolved everything in a reasonable and timely manner when it came to fighting a speeding ticket and avoiding a super speeder fine. Everyone from the front desk reception to the assistants to the attorneys were extremely professional. Communication was top tier especially from reception and the assistants. I was very stressed and out of my element but they were sincerely kind and got me the results I was after.

We had the best experience with Lori Mathis. She is compassionate and welcoming. She really made us feel seen and heard, which isn’t something I’ve encountered often in this field. She is a strong advocate for the best interest of the children, and she is willing to hold adults accountable. She’s stayed in contact with us and was such a pleasure to just chat with after the business side of things was handled. 10/10 would highly recommend! If we ever find ourselves needing family law services again, she will be our first call!

I’m sharing my personal experience with attorney Frank Carter. I informed him on more than one occasion that I had video evidence that could impact my son's case. On April 28, 2025, I reminded him by phone, but he never asked to see it. When my daughter and I tried to visit the office to show the video, the police were called and we were trespassed from the property. My son remains in custody, and his health has deteriorated. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Bar. I hope this helps others seeking responsive legal representation. Was connected to him through a web service meant for speeding tickets, OTR. While he *eventually* took the case somewhat seriously, you could tell he simply did not care about my wife's case. I'm sure if he replies to this it'll be similarly dismissive as he does to others who review negatively, but it is true that he is ridiculously hard to get a hold of to actually discuss your case. He initially did almost nothing to get charges lowered and had to essentially be begged to do more, by my mother-in-law calling and myself sending a complaint to OTR for his lack of interest and communication. Most recently, we discovered that my wife's license had been suspended since Oct. 2024. Mr. Carter had wrapped up the case and taken the check for the bond payment at the beginning of 2024. He neglect
