Where do I even start? I do not recommend Carolyn. I chose Carolyn to file an adoption, all paperwork was basically done… I just needed an attorney. I explained if it was more than the $2k that the state was offering no big deal!! Carolyn kept telling me they were working on it, had my paperwork over a month! Nothing had been done, I finally went and picked my paperwork up on 10/4. I called multiple times no return calls, to the point my calls were ignored until I would call from a different number. On 10/3 I called to inquire, the receptionist made a remark about it taking so long because the state was only paying $2k?!? I made it clear day one money was not an issue. Carolyn Furrow is very busy and is sometimes not the easiest to get in touch with however she does have a full case load on her plate and when it comes down to court she is a beast. She really does care about her clients court appointed or paid and she really comes through for her clients in court. She fights for what is right and she is straight forward with you and will tell you what you need to hear like it or not she is going to say it and the best thing for you to do is to understand she knows what she is doing and can help you but you have to listen to her and do what you need to help yourself as well but if you make a mistake she don’t judge you and she still fights for the best outcome she can get for your specific situation. Carolyn Furrow is an absolutely amazing attorney. She is a very busy woman because she is so good but if you are patient and do your part you will be well taken care of. She has never let me or my son down. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
