I hired Carolyn Harris to assist me with my divorce, She quotes on her website " I handle family matters with compassion". She also quotes "Sometimes the court can be frustrating and confusing experience." I put my trust in her knowing nothing about the court system. She allowed the other parties attorney yell at me in my face outside the courtroom and said nothing! Her policy states you will be notified when your retainment reaches $500.00. She never did and now has sent me a bill of over $4,000 increasing with 10% interest. She is an attorney and did not follow her own policy and leaves me the client responsible? I didn't know I was supposed to do her billing? I hired her to defend me and now I'm trying to defend myself from her.

Carolyn was very knowledgeable and strategic in her handling of my divorce. The only thing you must due on your end is not give the other party a reason to tie her hands in your legal matters. I cannot say enough of her knowledge and expertise and will recommend anyone to her.
