THIS LADY IS A HORRIBLE ATTORNEY AND THIEF!!!!! DO NOT USE HER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!! She took a $1,000.00 retainer, I was able to get her on the phone 2 OF 15-20 phone calls,ONLY because she happened to be standing next to the secretary. THEN she showed up over 45 minutes late for court... as if that wasn't enough, THEN she DROPPED me as a client 5 MINUTES before we were going in front of the judge(in the scariest moment of my life) because she was friends with one of the other people that we were going to court against. I was absolutely shocked and stunned. I've never even heard of an attorney doing this to a client. After the fact We talked on the phone and MUTUALLY agreed that she would refund 750$ of my retainer since she screwed us over so bad, she even said herself tha

I guess old reviews get deleted somehow. I think it's important to those seeking a good attorney to know the facts. This attorney is a looser bigtime!! She thinks that her clients are supposed to pay her large sums then sit back and shut up and wait, and wait and wait (do not call and if you do, do not expect to talk with her or have your call returned) just wait and wait.......LOOSER!!!!!

A friend of Miss Barron's named Kathy Young owns a commercial property next to mine on Hwy 27 in Dayton. I offered to Miss Young to pay for a new sign for us to share by the highway as long as I retain rights to certain portion of it. Miss Young agreed, but didn't want to use my lawyer, and insisted I use Carol Ann Barron. So, I contacted Miss Barron and described the arrangement we wanted to officially and legally establish. Miss Barron accepted the job, quoting $300 paid up front as a retainer to complete the work. I paid it, and a few days later, I received an agreement document from Miss Barron which she and Miss Young were very eager for me to sign. The agreement specified that I would pay for the sign, and that was all; I would not retain any rights to any portion of the sign whatsoe

She obstructed my case for over (5) five years than petitioned the court to allow her to withdraw as attorney. Stating that I had failed to cooperate with the prosecution of this case.
