I had an exceptional experience working with Attorney Carol Newman and her assistant Ann Vieages. They handled both my mother’s and father’s estate matters with outstanding professionalism, clarity, and attention to detail. When we reached a critical point in the process, they went above and beyond—working efficiently and even staying after hours—to ensure the property closing was completed on time. Their dedication and commitment truly made a difficult situation much easier for my family. I am grateful for their hard work and highly recommend their services.

This lawyer and her office staff are unprofessional and potentially, incompetent. I hired Ms. Newman to handle my mother’s estate. After paying her several thousands of dollars, and having her repeatedly drag out the case, ignore my emails for weeks on end, create multiple barriers to communication, and return documents to me riddled with errors numerous times, I had to hire a second lawyer to complete the work that Ms. Newman did not. While in Ms. Newman’s office, her office staff gossiped in front of me, disclosing the details of another client’s case, and essentially making fun of this other individual who they were supposed to be representing professionally. I had a called another firm around the corner in the morning who had said they could notarize a car title for me, and when I showed up with that document at 4 PM, they said actually we can't do it! I called Carol A Newman Law Firm, talked to Anna, showed up at her door one minute later, and she got me in and out quickly and easily (and it was the very end of the business day too!) I had a horrible experience at this law firm! The secretary was very racist and evil. My love one had passed and my family and o needed information and she treated us horrible! We were going through a horrible death in my family and Mrs. Newman allowed her secretary to handle myself and others badly! I would never ever do business with this racist law firm!
