These people are awesome! Especially a lady name Connie she worked tirelessly on my claim. She kept me informed and spoke to me weekly if not daily, I always knew what was happening. Will wait until my case is finished for final review. So far,I am very disappointed. They don't return phone calls. They don't keep you updated on your case. 90% of the info SSA has is from me even though they have that information. My caseworker told me at one point"I can't move further on your case because I have nothing concerning medical records or Doctor info from your attorney. " So I had to give them all that info for my case to move forward. Just very disappointing.
