I have had a tenant that refused to pay rent for almost 2 years and openly bragged about protections for tenants and refused to clean the apartment. According to them, they had to eventually move so, they weren’t going to clean ( just imagine the odor), even let water run even when it’s not in use. Mr.Muraco help me vacate a building in Brooklyn so I could prepare it for a sale. It was a brownstone with three apartments and he did a great job contacting the tenants and sending them the correct documents to persuade them to find another apartment. The move out went smoothly and I didn’t have to go to court. As the landlord, I’m very happy with his work and would recommend him to other landlords in their dealings with tenants.
