Worst GAL. Goes for dead beat "fathers". Biased, lies, and creates own narrative. Does not matter what your child says or wants. Only seen my child twice in 3 years. Only talked to me once in that same time but was in constant contact with the other side including the significant other. Never talked to anyone on my side. Shes also useless when it comes to wills and kids being heirs. Overall probably the worst GAL. DO NOT USE.
No communication at all. She heavily favors fathers, so if you are a mother in a custody dispute, you are screwed if she is your GAL. My ex husband overdosed on heroin twice, and she was still convinced that a 3 year old and a 5 year old should spend 3 days a week with him - unsupervised. She met with me once before the court hearing, and she met with my ex three times before the same hearing. The favoritism and discrimination against me was sickening. She spent a lot of time complaining that I lived on the poor side of town, while my ex lived in his girlfriend's parents' basement. She repeatedly mentioned to me how wonderful my ex was. She should be disbarred. She will no doubt respond to this review by saying there is a backstory, and she cannot disclose that information. Howeve
Sandy & her staff went out of their way to help us out on a case they didn't really want to take. Sandy did an amazing job and it was a success. Thank you!
Sandra was the guardian at litem for my boyfriends daughter. During our first round of going for custody, she only met with us the day before court. She was supposed to do this when the paperwork was filed. She then showed up late to court and told the judge we could not move forward because she was not ready. We then moved court two months ahead. There was little to no communication with her and us. If she was making the best decision for the child then she would have communicated with all parties. When custody could not be decided that day, we moved court to January of 2020. During that time I took inititative and met with her considering the child was living with the grandmother and telling the mom and dad that they could not see her. I had concerns about her safety and well-being. She
It's a law firm. Great on legal help. Not so much on takeout food but good news, there is a Panda Express across the street. So you can get started on a divorce and Chinese dumplings on the same block. That what I did
