Frank cares about his clients, he is busy, which is why he has great staff and legal assistants, they call back right away, and if you need Frank personally, his turn around time is about 1 business day for a return phone call. (which is really good!) I have worked with many attorneys, and I truly recommend Cardino every time. Frank will take time to explain so you learn, not just feel you are being told a line. My go to when Im looking for a reasonable negotiator that will get the job done with little drama.
