I recently used Capital City Law to close on a real estate purchase, one without agents involved. They offered flat-rate services, so I opted to give them a go. I literally couldn't be happier with the professionalism, promptness, courteousness, and level of communication from Capital City Law. Caleb, Suzanna, and Darcy were especially great to work with. They were able to answer all of my questions, were patient with me, and perhaps most importantly, were extremely friendly with all interactions. I definitely felt like more than just a number with them. Couldn't recommend them more and will definitely use them again!
