My family retained Tim McNamara at the recommendation of a friend several years ago. Mom and Dad met with him to set up their estate into a trust. Tim has been extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable and accommodating to our schedules living in two states. Tim recently met with me and my dad on a Saturday morning and spent more than an hour reviewing the estate of my recently deceased mother. Attorney McNamara handled a probate case several years ago. Family member with mental health disability was treated abusively by the attorney and Attorney McNamara sent the person threatening emails. This person has been quiet all these years out of fear, but recently decided they wanted their story to be heard and is just exercising their first amendment rights. Threatening email will be forwarded to Barnstable Bar Overseer.

I have used McNamara and Yates for my cafe in Osterville for the incorporation and all legal matters and have always received fast and very professional results. Tim McNamara even was kind enough to answer my emails while he was on vacation. I would highly recommend McNamara and Yates.
