My family worked with Gregory Campbell for what seemed like a very long time. His office was managing the estate of my aunt, who passed away in April 2021. It took nearly four years (until Feb 2025) for the final settlement to come through. I have no doubts or concerns about the accuracy or fairness of the estate settlement, but we found this office to be quite slow in responding, and exceedingly deliberate and full of delays in contacting financial institutions, tax authorities, tax advisors, etc. I got the feeling that their office did 100% of the work by mail, and almost never picked up a telephone to speak to someone.
