Sold my property in March, and they were extremely helpful and quick. We were supposed to close in May but they were able to help me close two weeks ahead of schedule. Super responsive and answered phone calls right away, and also responsive on emails. Was surprised on the amount of work that goes into real estate deals, but they were able to explain it to me in ways that made sense and made my fears go away. Never realized how stressful selling real estate is, but Callocchia Law Firm helped me feel super confident.

Wrost real estate attorney to hire. She closed my house without checking if there are any pending violations even if I have reminded her ( Keri and her assistant Lindsey 3 times before closing). After closing I ( buyer) found out that seller lied didn’t disclose a 5k tree removal violation which I have to pay to the city and now seller doesn’t want to pay. Going to court for this now. After closing, I have contacted Keri many times and she don’t want to help on this since the property was sold and she received her money. Be very careful about hiring her. This attorney does not check pending violations and will rush you for closing.

Worst law firm i have ever seen . Dont know how to talk with client. Before closing law firm should have all the details about violation , water bill n all . Waste of money to work with them and waste of time. After closing the house i got bill from water department $2340 . And after buying the house of 1 year i got violation letters from city of buffalo that this house has 17 violation and law firm saying we dont know anything about it accept exterior painting . This case was open on March 29 2022. And the lawyer dosent know anything about it. Stay away from this law firm. And of course stay away from mitu & sons company . Another fraud person . 17 violation and law firm has no idea . When I talk to law firm today they saying I m the house owner now so I have to fix all this .
