This company refuses to provide services to self-represented litigants, creating an arbitrary and unnecessary barrier to the legal system. By denying service to those without counsel, they effectively impede an individual's access to justice. It is disappointing to see a legal support provider maintain policies that undermine the right to due process. Update: It is incorrect that I asked for assistance getting a subpoena dismissed. I am issuing subpoenas and was looking for assistance with serving them and deposition officer to receive the documents. I have everything drafted and ready to be put into the SUB-010 and SUB-025 forms and that would have been the only help I would have opted for *if* it had been an available service, it was NOT a necessary requirement. I did not ask for anyth
