Please be aware of the unethical and deceptive malpractice of this attorney office. They took advantage of my elderly father who's original living trust was created in 2008, and he was diagnosed with Dementia in 2018. On 2/17/23 David Foley allowed my sister to bring my Dad into the office to change his trust, no one interviewed my dad as they should have about the change, she was allowed to sign on my Dad's behalf. We've been in probate court for the last 2 years and still going through this nightmare to this day. She has stolen thousands of dollars from my dad due to their lack of concern of his wellbeing and protection. Please don't let this happen to your family, find an attorney who practices with morals and respect, and integrity for the clients they serve.

Thank you for the excellent service in helping my elderly mother establish a living trust. Process from start to finish was very easy. I contacted the office thru email, Tim called me a few days later to ask some questions then I filled out the questionnaire and the office sent a draft for my mother to review. All looked well and set an appointment to come into the office for signing. The office is very busy so had to book an appointment 2 weeks out. When we arrived to the office we were greeted with friendly office staff, then my mother went into the office to discuss everything with Attorney Erin Foley.
