California Family Visitation & Training Center, LLC

At a time when everyone—including nurses, doctors, lawyers, judges, other exchange agencies, and so-called “professionals”—seemed to choose sides and complicate matters further, California Family Visitation Center was the only organization that consistently behaved professionally. They were wonderful with my son and showed genuine compassion and respect toward my family and me. Unfortunately, I currently still need these services, but due to my personal budget, I had to find another agency. Even so, for anyone in a similar situation, I encourage you to keep faith and highly recommend California Family Visitation Center.

It’s my 1st week going to my 2nd week at this center and so far so good. My son was happy after picking him up. He was able to interact with his dad and enjoyed it. The crew are great accommodating and very respectful. Rebecca is the one that assisted me and my son. She made us feel comfortable. Although, she knew I was hesitant at the beginning she assured me that my son will be taking care of and safe. I am hoping that this would turned out great for the best interest of my son. Looking forward to great outcome.

My experience with the California Family Visitation Center was truly tremendous. I was in supervised visits from January until just a couple of weeks ago, and it was a very rough and emotional road. Without their professional support, I don’t think I could have made it through. Supervised visits can be an emotional rollercoaster—especially when your children are in front of you, and you know they are being manipulated or coached. Through it all, the staff remained completely neutral, yet incredibly supportive. I remember moments when I felt like giving up, but their guidance, professionalism, and compassion made all the difference. There is significant frustration surrounding this center. From the start, communication was unreliable and inconsistent. Attempts to obtain even the most basic information, such as reports, updates, and scheduling clarity, often led nowhere. It created an environment where trust was impossible and stress levels were constantly heightened. For a place meant to support families, the lack of action was astonishing. Emotional concerns regarding children were raised. Watching children struggle while receiving no meaningful acknowledgment from the staff was infuriating and deeply upsetting. The experience left a lasting negative impression, and it’s difficult to recommend this center to anyone seeking genuine support for their family.

They prioritized getting us scheduled quickly, and every interaction was marked with genuine kindness and understanding. The team of ladies here is truly amazing they make a hard process feel manageable. They are worth every single penny and I highly recommend their services.
