I called today 12-22-21 for a consultation, their fee is $ 125.- and they didn't have any opening until February 2022. Hard to believe. Almost 2 months from today for a 5-10 minute consultation. Either their killing it or call rep needs better understanding on how to treat new clients. Never calling again. Bad way to reject new clients.

I hired them to do my tradmark and the lawyer told me they do do tradmarks I paid them $1,500 and come to find out there Paralegal didn't know much on how to do a trademark i actually had to walk the Paralegal through a problem she was having and they charged me over $200 bucks for that phone call .. also they abandoned my tradmark and didn't tell me until the trademark board officially abandoned my tradmark due to this office unresponsive to a office action they needed to be responded by this law firm ..when I found out I tried to call them and I ended talking to the Paralegal who would not let me get a word in on anything I was trying to explain to her...the end result I had to reach out to the tradmark to fix what they said they knew how to do.I lost out on my $1,500 and I had to pay
