Well, I am unimpressed. They were completely unorganized. My husband had to resend them documents often because they would misplace them. They kept sending him back for more documents because they would remember something else they needed. I don't think they put any hard thinking about my husbands case. He would have to remind them often over questions and ideas he had that could help his case. They said a minium amount they would get my husband, which I was good with because it accounted for time lost at work and out of pocket max in case he had to have surgery later. Come negotiation day with the insurance lawyers and they got my husband to sign an agreement 1/3 of what they originally thought they would work out. It might as well be zero.
