We had excellent legal help from this law firm. It was easy to make an appointment. They had already reviewed the details of the estate before we arrived. Esther was very professional and communicated in a way that was concise and easy to understand. We were very satisfied with our experience. Highly recommend!

Ben Herren is completely unprofessional. He curses in the courthouse and is easily flustered. Don’t hire him unless you want to lose your case.

A number of years ago I sought out legal help from Cain and Herren. My last experience with a lawyer wasn’t good. I really didn’t want to file for bankruptcy, but I had to as I was going to retire. I owed a lot mostly from the bad times of 2008. I always pay my bills so I was really fighting doing this. Micheal Collins made me feel much more at ease with my decision. Everything was explained to me. Everyone at Cain and Herren were welcoming. If I need legal help for anything I would return to Cain and Herren.

The literal worst. I went into this asking for Michael Collins to represent me. Within a few months he passed me off to one of the newer attorneys. Secondly, I had a very real issue that I was dealing with and needed genuine help. I trusted these people, and hoped they had my back. Months into the case, Michael accidentally sent me an email that was meant for his colleagues, and he was saying terrible things about me. This was someone that was supposed to “represent” me and have my back. I definitely do not recommend. I’m still in a terrible situation and this law firm did absolutely nothing for me. The secretary is super sweet, but I wouldn’t trust the attorneys with your money.
