Cada, Jewson and Bryant

This law firm and their lackeys at Clear Recovery garnished my minor daughter’s bank account for a debt of mine. My name, nor any of information is attached to her account. Cada tells me call Clear Recovery so I do, they tell me to call the county clerk. I also do that, county clerk tells me to call Cada. I do that again, then they tell me to call Clear Recovery. When I express frustration over all this run around, Cada becomes defensive and rude over the phone. The other very questionable part of this, I was served the papers at my place of employment, so why not just garnish my wages? Clearly know where I work and have worked at for years. As far as I am concerned this is an all new predatory level of low for an $800 medical debt incurred by overpriced healthcare, WITH health insurance.
