Terrible service, Clarisa Cabrera, who claims to be a lawyer is actually a simple scammer. They told me she was a good lawyer so I went to her to take my case, but she just stole my money and never answered my calls again and left my case voted. I do not recommend her. At first they always tell you that they will do everything possible to fix your case and in the end they take advantage of you by leaving them voted!

I hired this law firm for a speeding ticket through off the records, and the communication was abysmal. Before retaining them, I had an offer for ticket reduction, but I decided to proceed with their services. However, after two months, I received a generic message from my attorney congratulating me on the reduced ticket. To my dismay, they attached the exact same offer I had initially provided them. Please DO NOT waste your time nor money hiring this firm! The only time you're going to see the attorney is at the consultation to take your money. After that for your initial INS interview he sends someone on his behalf that you have NEVER met! His staff is also cluesless as to any status on your case. His head paralegal dropped the ball BIG time on my husband's case then she had the audecity to blame it on me! WTH!! I am not the paid paralegal on this case. They have had our case since 2021 and it has not yet been resolved. His head paralegal, Unji, only works on the case whenever my husband gets on her. The secretary is terrible. No professionalism at all. When i called to make an appointment the first time i called the phone was picked up than hanged up, so i called again and the secretary started shouting saying you should know we don't pick up the phone after 5 so call tomorrow if you like and proceeded to hang up. What i don’t understand is why they have the phone line open if they don’t want to speak to anyone or answer the phone. Cabrera needs to hire professional people cause if not he will be losing all his clients due to the rudeness of his employees.
