Our family had a number of individual, but contiguous land parcels that we wanted to consolidate into a single parcel in an attempt to reduce our property tax burden. We had originally been told by the tax assessor that we would need to go through some expensive exercises to accomplish this. Mr. Cabot took the time to listen to our issue, and proposed a very cost effective solution of consolidating the individual parcel deeds into one using his firms services. After receiving a quote for services, we agreed to have Cabot Legal Services perform our deed consolidation. We have had bad experiences in the past with complicated land sales and right-of-way issues that always ended up costing significantly more than we were told by the attorney's helping us with those issues, so I was skeptic
