If I could write a 0 star review I would. My dad tragically passed away last year and we reached out to figure out what to do and how to do his probate. Janet took $3,000 from his 4 children who were 23 and 19 years old. She did not even file the original will with the court. Every. Single. Time I had to speak with Janet on the phone she spoke down to me and always took a jab and said "this is why a trust is SO much better, this is going to take you years to complete". My dad passed away from a stroke then two months later he took his own life. Myself and my siblings were crying in her office during the first visit and thought she was going to help us get through the difficult time and situation of him passing while we're are so young. She was the complete opposite. She made me DREAD speak

I have to agree with Mr Beach and I was her client. My mother died with no will so Probate was needed. So, 06June we paid $2,500 to get this started as time was of the essence. In probate, Moms home, a Trust worth $80,000 & credit cards. In August after several calls to them it still wasn’t filed. After another Zoom call she didn’t even know what we were there for. September it finally got filed but there was only the house on it. Everything else was left off with no explanation. Needless to say, the Trust money was taken by a family member because of no probate proceedings and we were not notified of any court dates by them. Of course I don’t blame them for thieving family or the court not mailing us the dates but if you’re providing a service & charging for it, then please be kind, do wh

I don't know where to start off. Janet and her staff was amazing!! I have no complaints at all. Janet, helped me with my divorce papers and I had called and explained my situation that I changed my mind. She was understandable and they did not judge me at all! She is amazing at her job and highly PROFESSIONAL! I would recommend her & I appreciate everything they did for me. Also, it's affordable as well.
