I retained Charles Simon IN mAY 2020 to represent me on 2 evictions. I spoke with him on the phone and carried my documents to his office. He informed me I could proceed with filing an eviction as long as I had served a proper three day notice, which I had. The tenants retained an attorney, who filed a motion to dismiss the eviction, based on the Governor's eviction moratorium and failure to state cause of action. Simon refused to respond with an additional $500.00, saying it was for mediation and the judge had not requested a mediation and never did.
