Small town corruption at its finest. Let’s pull up my cases! Im kinda done with small town corruption. If if this law firm would have done even a little bit of its job and actually represent me I was obviously innocent on both cases. I was facing 2 felonies and 2 mistermineors. I’ve never been charged with a crime in my life. I spent 1 1/2 fighting those cases because I know I’m innocent. Felonies got dropped first day of my trial apparently because I told them put me on the stand I’ll tell them the cops are lying. Because they were. Half that report was a lie! So great it got dropped as I try to pick up the pieces of my life years later I find out they charged for all those fines. I owe almost 2000. They want to take my taxes. 10 years ago I was the victim in a domestic violence case I was threatened to co-sign for my abuser thank God he went on the run but ten years later I'm still paying Rick buttner 7,000 out of the 10,000 that he charged me even though I didn't even have a job. I was told to pay $20 a month when I was having a hard time so I wouldn't get a warrant then I was told five years later that wasn't even going towards interest or anyting he's a crook!!!!

Rick Butner is an amazing attorney. He represents my ex wife Lydmyla and released videos created by her son Mykola Mostbauer who works at the Ada Walmart deli; videos of him and his mother framing me as they created chaotic scenes of beer cans and guns lying around in disarray as if I lived like that, as she sought substantial alimony. Rick Butner somehow provided my attorney Greg Wilson (the only lawyer that you can trust around here) with a flash drive with videos that showed the creation of these fraudulent exhibits that Rick mailed me. While Rick may claim old age and forgetfulness, the shear fact that he knowingly allowed his client to submit fraudulent exhibits for hearing in court is a disbarrable felony crime. My son and I was told to come back up there 3 different times to talk to him so when we finally caught him he was disrespectful he wouldn't even talk to us or hear us out but he would sit there with an attitude even whenever your son is suffering from uncontrolled nocturnal epilepsy with life threating seizures so if you ever need an appointed attorney don't try to get him because he said don't try and have someone sign papers instead pay for a lawyer how are you supposed to do that when you're disabled and your son can't get a job for medical reasons
