I have worked with Butler’s office consistently over the past 10+ years and have had nothing but great experiences working with them. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive. Instructions are always clear, files are well-prepared, and communication is excellent throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional law firm.

Karen Ned( how ever you spell the lady name) was very rude and she kept hanging up on me because I was asking questions that I guess she was tired of answering. She's unprofessional and needs to be fired or a conversation needs to be had with her. She doesn't know how to solve problems with people that has concern. She doesn't have patience at all and her attitude just completely just rude from when she first answer the phone. I really do not like her and i feel she need a new occupation if she doesn't know or want to communicate with ppl.

I owed money. My document has one amount on it, then when I spoke with them on the phone they said I owed more.. and now that i have paid that much they say I owe more. I know they are located in Michigan so it's not an out of country place but I am beginning to think this is a scam. I owed money. I paid it. Now I owe more? This is just starting to get really fishy. The gentleman i spoke with seems very professional when speaking with but I don't know. I don't know how much he controls but I think he is really confused.

Absolutly horrible. I woukd not recommend them to anyone. They have mo clue about the law or how to get a LEGAL judgment. They had to be called into court for not showing up for a scheduled hearing.

Elizabeth was very unprofessional, she may need further training.
