The specific people we dealt with at the closing were outstanding (Graham and Caitlyn). Our phone experience was also very good as everyone was cordial and professional. The only glitch was that the funds from the sale of the house we sold went to the wrong B&C account which cost us some time when we closed. Other than that it was very good working with B&C.

We had Butler and College handle the purchase and closing of our new home in Calabash. We were purchasing a FSBO and we met with the sellers and Nathan and set up the contract. He was wonderful to work with, the office staff was very helpful and Kayla did a great job as our contact person. They all kept us informed of what was needed and always offered assistance if we needed help in any way. Closing went smoothly and quickly. Made the whole process stress free! Outstanding experience and we would highly recommend the firm and Nathan and crew!
