We have worked with Mike twice now—first, few years ago to help us set up our first-ever will and other documents, then recently to update some real estate deeds. I heartily echo others sentiments that Mike is very easy to work with—explains everything, upfront on pricing and in general a pleasure to do business with!

We had a very complicated real estate transaction that involved personal property, business property, and a business. Mike was able to take the complicated transaction and write up contracts protecting our interest as well as making sure we got everything that needed to be removed from the mortgage transaction into a business contract. He was able to quickly create a new LLC as well. He was very responsive and knowledgeable around what we needed in the contract language as well as for the business to be set up correctly and follow all the rules. He was honest and reasonable in his billable hours. If I ever find myself in need of legal services, my first call will be to Mike.

I have had opportunities to work with Mike on a Professional level over the past 15 years from time to time. But then I lost my 2 sets of parents and had NO IDEA where to begin!! One had a Will but the other did NOT!!! So without Mike, i would have been in a HUGE mess!! He made everything less scary, and made it all make sense!!! Cannot thank him enough!
