I was incredibly blessed to have Kyle appointed as my public defender. My first interaction with him I was homeless and using drugs and called him THE NIGHT BEFORE my court date. I was probably rambling and making no sense at the time of the phone call. THE NEXT DAY at court he shows up with a bag and inside he brought me a polo shirt and instructed me to wear at next court appearance, he also brought food, snacks and drinks which he said was from he and his son due to their sympathy to my situation. He represented me that day for the one case he was appointed to but I had 3 more felony charges and 4 misdemeanors that he also became my representative for. I recently used Kyle for my divorce. He is very professional and answered all emails and phone calls in a prompt fashion. He is very knowledgeable. On top of that, he is very kind and easy to talk to - super support person for what I needed. His assistant, Traci, is also all of the above. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer in a stressful situation. My case went smoothly and quickly.
