I am a realtor with Exp Realty and have been in the real estate business for 8 years and have never really used this real estate lawyers office before. The buyer usually chooses the lawyers office and I go along with whoever the buyer uses when I am on the listing side as long as my seller does not object. Even though I had never used them before, they exceeded my expectations. The were very communicative and always available. They got me and my seller documents very quickly and made the closing as smooth as it could possibly be. I would recommend them highly and may begin using them myself here and there as well. Our son used The Burr Law firm to close on his first home purchase. Sandra found a title issue and there was also a concern of the property lines. She worked quickly to arrange what needed to be done to make sure he was protected in his purchase, yet able to meet the seller's deadline.
