My experience with Burgess & Christensen was excellent from beginning to end. I worked primarily with Attorney Burgess and Alice. The entire staff was pleasant to work with. They were clear and remained in contact. Initially I received SSDI on the first try, with their assistance, without backpay. SSDI changed the onset date from what was submitted. I spoke with Attorney Burgess and then decided to appeal the onset date. I requested to appear in person which Attorney Bugess agreed was best in my case. When we went before the Judge I was respectful, authentic, and was completely honest and in the end the Judge ordered in my favor. It took quite some time overall but that was due to Social Security, not B&C. Be patient, trust your team, trust the process and do exactly as they say.
