I took the Florida Homeowners Association Board Certification Class in late 2024 with Brandon Burg. It was a great class. Brandon made what could have been a bland and blah subject, into an easy to follow and interesting class. I learned much more than expected.

Thank you Brandon Burg! This is my second time doing a Condominium Board Certification Class, and I have to say, this class was amazing because it was very entertaining and educational at the same time, and you were able to cover a lot in this 4-hour class. I did it online, I received updates, class materials and reminders about the class which helped me stay on top of it. The online class was easy to follow, sound and video were good. I would strongly recommend any Certification Class by Brandon Burg, particularly the Condominium Board which is the once I did. ✨✨✨✨✨

Since our move to PCB in July of 2024, I've been serving on a condominium HOA board. I've reached out to Brandon numerous times with HOA-related questions, and his responsiveness and attentiveness have always been top-notch. I've also taken the time to thoroughly review Burge Law's online 'About Us' video, and I must say, I'm very impressed. While we're not currently using Burge Law for our HOA, I'm actively advocating for a switch. I've also reviewed the local competitors, and their presentations were lacking in many aspects compared to Burge's. I'm hopeful that we can reach an agreement with our HOA board to bring Burge Law on board, confident in my judgment and the thoroughness of my review.

I attended the Burg session ran by Brandon on Monday and thoroughly enjoyed his presentation. It was great to get a real interpretation of the new legislation with relatable examples of how things can apply for the better or worse. As a new CAM the course material was at the perfect level. Thanks !
