Dropped off documents for review prior to appointment and was en route to appointment when the appointment was canceled due to family emergency which is completely understandable but I asked for an update as the timeliness was crucial and I had to call back a couple of times only to be told he could not help me. Makes me wonder if he ever even looked at the documents until I called repeatedly to see if he was able to meet with me before the deadline. I understand if the case is not one he wanted to take, but I specifically layed out the facts of the case and he said he would take it. The 2 stars is for the receptionist as she was kind and understanding never did talk to him...what is 5 minutes of your time to reject someone in person...just saying.

Mr. Bullock and his staff are friendly, professional, and thorough. Lucky to have him and his staff in our neighborhood.
