Ive always known BHMK to be a quality firm with knowledgeable people, but I want to personally recognize Brian Redden. He’s one of those rare people who have an equal balance of brains and heart. He took my call, dropped what he was doing and gave me sound advice balanced between the legal standing as well as the logical approach to handling the issue. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply frustrating. The attorney assigned to my case consistently demonstrates a lack of organization and urgency. Key issues include: No Follow-Up Strategy: Critical deadlines were missed multiple times, requiring repeated reminders from me. Delayed Communication: Emails and calls often go unanswered for weeks, leaving me in the dark about case progress. Poor Preparation: Submitted documents contained errors.
