John Budagher III and his firm has helped my family and our business with estate planning, tax legal questions, advice as a landlord, and a ton of other one-offs. I love that this is a family business with a mid-career attorney at the center, so no chance they bail for greener pastures or bigger cases, etc. This is one of the firms in town willing and comfortable to exercise every aspect of our legal system. They’re willing to go the distance if your case is warranted (as we have), or negotiate on your behalf if that’s what makes sense (done that too).
