I hired Buckley Law in Lake Oswego to draft a trust a few years ago. Recently, when I went back to them for further help, I was shocked to be told they would not work with me due to a vague “conflict of interest.” They refused to explain what that conflict actually was. Their final message simply told me to find other counsel and even suggested that the documents they had originally prepared for me now “need to be amended.” In other words, they will not stand behind their own work.
