Very disappointed in the overall attention that Bryson Law Firm paid to us and our situation. We were hoping that working with a "local" firm would be a more personal experience. I will say that Jillian, our case manager was very professional and attentive. However, we never talked to the same attorney twice, as our case kept being "reassigned". I believe it was a total of 4 attorneys and each one of them had to spend the time to get up to speed on our case. This caused unnecessary delays in information. We paid a $2000 retainer and then a monthly fee for 15 months resulting in thousands of dollars spent. Only to be told at the end that there was nothing could actually be done for our case. The causation of this should have been discussed with us early on because it was a known entity. I w
