Howard and his team did a fantastic job with my closing. Everything was pre-done and we closed in less than an hour. In fact, the business at hand was so easy we were able to relax and enjoy the experience.

Very disappointed with the service. Staff, for the most part, very short and unhelpful. One person in particular made me feel like I was bothering her when I called with pertinent questions. I closed on the house in the beginning of November but have no title insurance or other paperwork I paid for at settlement. I do not recommend this company at all.

Howard is one of the best if not the best real estate lawyer I know. He is thorough. Professional. He is kind. A great family man and friend.

I have been at the closing table probably 20 times and the smoothest any closing has ever gone is working with Howard. I would highly recommend.

I would give negative stars if it was an option! This is the most unorganized, unprofessional, rag tag group! Do not use them unless you want senseless delays in real estate closings...because the attorney can't put the correct numbers in the correct slot on closing documents! Do not use them if you expect timely receipt of original, recorded documents. Do not use them if you think they will return phone calls...at all! I worked as a paralegal when I was younger, these guys would have failed paralegal school and would have been fired from any reputable firm....must be why they created their own firm!
