Customer Reviews

We hired this attorney expecting professionalism and preparation, and unfortunately, I received neither. He arrived just in time for the proceeding, leaving very little opportunity to properly prepare. Although we briefly went over questions beforehand, once we were in court he completely went off script and did not follow the strategy we discussed. He repeatedly stated that this was an “open and close” case, which gave me confidence going in—but that confidence was misplaced. The lack of preparation and poor execution directly impacted the outcome, and we ultimately lost the case. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone looking for thorough representation, strong advocacy, or attention to detail.

After four days of being told to call back later they abruptly declined to work with me because I'm autistic and rely on my partner to make phone calls when I'm overly anxious. You'd think a lawyer would know there are laws against discrimination.

Very rude person. Trying to say conversations took place that couldn't have. Will start saying that "we are talking in circles". Well yeah, you didnt answer a question i asked so I asked again. Just wants you to give him money. Zero plan. Zero answering of questions. Very condescending as well. Doesnt want to answer questions but sure pushes the send money via Zelle. When I questioned a lawyers office using zelle. He response was "maybe should find a lawyers office that would make you feel more comfortable". When I mentioned how last week he hung up when I was asking questions in the free consultation, he stated that its a bad way to start a lawyer client relationship so he would have to decline.

Mr. Bruce Lamb is the most rude person to be an attorney and get paid from my work legal plan. He was rude and short with me on the phone. Hung up quickly. I was a little excited anxious and he was SOOO RUDE TO ME. I apologized to him for talking fast. He has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was referred to Mr. Lamb for a legal issue I needed help with. When I tell you this man is the rudest, most miserable person I’ve ever come across. Please, I’m begging you, steer clear!
